I work for the US Capitol Police. It isn't too bad. Staffers think we are "security" and the members ignore us and our regs completely until they get a bullet in the ass then it is our fault. It isn't Miami Vice where we are running and shooting everyday. Most of the time you are standing post.Yet it is a good start to the federal world. There are speciality units that are great. cert(swat) etc
