Rochester Ny police

Hi, I am going thorugh the Rochester ny Police process and I am just wondering if anyone is going through the process on here as well. If so how far have you gone in the process thus far? And what do you think of the department?

I just came back from Roch yesterday on a case. All I can say is that it seems like a typical good sized city dept. Morale is not at its highest, crime is up, times are tough, but overall the cops like the job and unlike other depts they seem to be allowed to do their job. My personal dislike is that in the winter it is brutal up there. Other than that, most cops work in the city and live in the surrounding burbs w a nice cost of living and nice homes, etc. And on a side note, off duty, we visited a couple of nudie bars, all I can say is that they are not up to NYC standards- teeth and no herpes on their lips seemed to be optional -lol
