Riverside Sheriff Academy
Has anyone here attended the RSO academy in recent years? Any pointers/tips?

academy life
Stressful, overwhelming, physical and demanding to an extent be prepared to write a lot and keep your uniform looking great at all times.. it is a semi stress academy but in the end it will be all worth it..
What doesnt kill you makes you stronger.

RSO Academy
I figured it would be quite stressful. How many miles are required to run on average? I've been doing some weight training & running so I'm sure that can't hurt. Do they focus on pull ups, push ups....running all of the above?
As for writing....time to make my chicken scratches legible!
