Most likely it was removed because there is already a current ICE thread and there isn't a huge need for dedicated CASS thread. Read the last page or two of the current ICE thread and you'll see a good explanation of the board's policy on multiple threads about the same topic.

It's down below, with a posted explanation of why it was deleted (though perhaps you don't have the access to see it). It was deleted for the exact reason stated by LongTermGoal. If you want to aska specific question about the ICE hiring process, fine, but having numerous threads for every conceivable application route is very confusing.
