Do you guys belive that the odds are good you will recive a job offer for the inspector position after you have recived a conditional offer of employment?

If you already got a conditional offer of employment, your odds of getting a job are pretty good. Although there is no garantee that you will ever be offered a job in the port that you desire.

I'm enjoying my job here in Newark. Although I'm actually working over at the seaport in Elizabeth. If I happen to see your old dog I'll tell him you said hello...lol

I'm starting at customs on 01-12-04, and I wanted to know what I'm going to have to wear for 30 days, a suit, dress slacks, jeans, etc... I have to report at a location in Elizabeth.

Your from Charleston South Carlolina and your coming up here to good ole Elizabeth, New Jersey? All the new hires report to the main customs building in the seaport right across from the airport. When did you apply for the job and did you actualy want to move up here or did you just take whatever they offered you?
