FD-140 Question
just out of curiosity.
According to FBI website, FBI does not grant Phase II test to the applicants based upon FD-140 information at all.
Is this true?
Just wonering.
p.s.: Do you think being fired from my previous job disqualifies the applicants?

The FD-140 is used primarily to facilitate your background investigation.
They would look at the totality of the circumstances surrounding your termination from a previous job. A determination would be made after looking at all of the facts. I would include an attachment on your FD-140 and explain, from your point of view, why it was that you were fired. You want to get your side of the story out there.

If you feel you were unjustly terminated, make sure you have the names and contact info of as many people as you can that can corroborate your side of the story. When the time comes ask these people if they would be willing to speak with the background investigator.
