Thread: HSI CITP/ICESAT Dates?

Anyone scheduled for CITP and ICESAT at FLETC for HSI? Trying to figure out the scheduled CITP and ICESAT classes. Any info is appreciated.

Last that was heard, was that Aug ICESAT was cancelled and there was still 3 CITP classes left for the year. Some are saying that everything has been cancelled till the end of the fiscal year.

I heard the same thing. Classes have been cancelled.

I just got an email from Dallas that there are 3 classes left for the year starting in August.

We were told the same thing. My CITP class was supposed to have ICE and/or USSS with us (we've been told two different agencies)... but the reasoning was the same... classes canceled due to budget restraints. The cancelation was "last minute" (all the other students from various agencies in my class who filled in had about 2 weeks notice).

Don't count on anything regarding classes until FY13 despite what you may be hearing. Basic field Ops are now being effected, with the new FY determinations will be a little easier to make... Expect the worst and hope for the best, it will get better...
