New category
Are the categories on this forum set by the moderators? Is it possible to start a new category, rather than just a new thread?
What I mean by category is "Police Questions". "Federal Questions", etc.

If you look to the top left of this screen you will see a link to "Forum", which has the categories you're asking about. What are you interested in that isn't already listed?
