Thread: Alaska State Patrol-Spring 2012 Academy

Hey everyone. I just submitted all my paperwork for the Spring 2012 Academy. Is anyone applying for this Academy? Can anyone tell me little more about the application process? I'm out of state military. Any info would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

I know very little about Alaska State Police but do know they have a reality show called Alaska State Troopers. If you haven't watched it I'd highly recommend it since the camera crew follows actual Troopers and you get to see the varies things Alaska State Troopers perform. But mostly for you, in the beginning of every episode they give a glimpse of the academy and they have to perform an outdoor survival period at the end of the academy to graduate.
