Got the Call for ATF
This is my first official posting, but I have been a lurker for over a year. First, I want to thank you all for your knowledge and guidance throughout the process, as you have all been a great help. Now, on to business...
Thirty-eight months after the date I submitted my application, on Thursday the wait suddenly became well worth it! I received the call and will be heading down to FLETC early February. I was also lucky enough to receive one of my top five choices for duty station, in the Northeast. Here is my timeline for those interested:
10/05 - Applied
1/06 - TEA
8/07 - Panel Interview
4/08 - Continuation Packet
5/08 - Medical
6/08 - Medically Cleared / Polygraph
8/08 - Background Investigation
12/08 - The Call
Good luck to all in the process.
ATF SAC, I have already started celebrating by taking long runs.
