How are moderators selected?
I think any current moderator could answer a question I have, just because I'm curious.
How are moderators selected to manage/review posts?"If you want to make sure you hit the target, start shooting and whatever you hit call it the target."

Members are nominated for the position of moderator by the current moderators on a “As needed basisâ€. The original concept on this board was to have 4-Mods for each Forum. 2-Civilian and 2-LE Mod’s in each. The issue is discussed and prospective moderators are voted on by current moderators. (Consideration is giving to any special qualifications a member may have that would serve the needs of a particular Forum) A final selection is then made by a vote of the current moderators. Factors considered: Length of time a person has been a member of the board and the quality of their posts.DelC“You never know if quotes on the internet are genuine or not" . . . Abraham Lincoln
