Cyber look over the study guide at the type of questions being presented. They can be confusing if you don't read completely or read too quickly. They are attention to detail oriented. I took the USSS SA exam and passed. Same type of questions. What is your background. I am a Border Patrol Agent of 6 years, 2+ years college. No bachelors.

Yeah I took the USSS exam as well back in April 2014 and passed, but I got the BQA email in June 2014. Anyhow I've been studying the questions as well from a book i got from Amazon and the ICE SA from the website.

My background is 8 years local law enforcement, 1 year FBI TFO - Cyber Crimes, Masters, Bachelors and Associates degree in Information Security.

In the process with just about every federal agency that has an 1811 process.

Cyber with those creds you got nothing to worry about. I passed today, you get instant results through email. Pay attention to wording and you are good.

is the ATF still doing the schedule B hiring whereby you get in contact with your local office and then potentially get invited to apply?

Talked to a local RAC and he said he would pass my info on to the division recruiter. Any idea when the next resume drop will be?

The current round of applicants got the link in March or April. I don't expect another round to be submitted until later in the year (late fall.)

Slightly off topic...to those SA's that have been chosen for the "B-FED" operation in B'more, not that your jobs aren't dangerous enough, but be careful in the city. It's a big mess down there.

I just got a call from my local recruiter in order to schedule my PT test. I hope that everyone in the process has also heard back or hears back soon. Good luck!

Those of us administering the test have until the end of August to get everyone tested. Good luck, and I hope people have been training.
